You pay 10% or Rs.25,000 (whichever is higher) to book with Livspace

Design Phase

1. Site measurement

A draftsperson visits your premises to take site measurements and photographs.

2. Design meeting 1

Finalise your layout plan including the sizes of various units, their locations etc.

3. Design meeting 2

Finalise your modules and pick your materials to receive a tentative quote.

4. Design meeting 3

Finalise materials, finishes, fittings and appliances to receive a revised quote.

5. Detailed drawings

Detailed drawings along with 3D views are created and presented to you.

6. Order approval

Based on your feedback, revised drawings and a final quote are presented for approval.

7. You pay a cumulative 60%**

Manufacturing & Installation

1. Manufacturing begins

Your modular products are fabricated with precision-engineering at our factories.

2. Civil work complete on site

The operations lead ensures all necessary civil work at the site is complete.

3. Order ready for dispatch

With manufacturing complete, your order is ready for delivery at the warehouse.

4. You pay the remaining 50%**

Your designer raises a final payment request to process dispatch of your products.

5. Installation

The material is delivered and set up at the appropriate place in your property.

All we need is 45 days

With the Livspace Move-in Guarantee, you can plan your house warming with confidence. Though unlikely, if your home is not done in 45 days, we’ll pay you rent for every day of delay.
